A Note to Our Valued Guests About the Coronavirus

We at the SEAM Automotive Group, want to assure you that your safety is one of our highest priorities. We understand that situations like this one can be difficult to navigate. We have taken precautions and recommendations from the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services to create a safe environment for you, your family, and your community.

At SEAM Automotive Group, we are encouraging our employees to take precautionary measures for their own health, with the belief that, by doing so, we have created an environment for our employees and customers that is as safe and healthy as possible. We have asked our employees to actively do the following based on recommendations from the CDC, Department of Health, and Federal and State Governments.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick, and if you are sick yourself, stay at home and seek appropriate medical attention
  • Cover coughs and sneezes and discard of used tissues
  • Disinfect frequently used work surfaces and areas
  • Wear gloves when handling vehicles for sales and service

We feel certain that, with our employees adhering to these guidelines, our workspace – and community – will be healthier for everyone.

We value your business and should you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, we invite you to visit any of our dealership websites where the beginning of the car buying process can be done from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Our digital showrooms will allow you to browse our entire inventory to lessen the time spent at the dealership. While at the dealership, please know that we have ongoing, enhanced cleaning, and we are adhering to the CDC recommendation to create more spacing between customers.

In addition, if your current vehicle is in need of service or repair, simply schedule an online appointment from any of our dealership websites. For your and our employee’s safety, we will use seat covers in each vehicle and everyone touching the vehicle will be wearing gloves. We have hand sanitizer throughout the dealership and we will continually be cleaning with the products suggested by the CDC. If you prefer to drop off your vehicle, there is a night drop that can be used during the day as well, to minimize contact.

Please know that we are constantly monitoring the news and will continue to adhere to the recommendations of our state and federal government. For now, SEAM Automotive Group will continue to operate under normal sales and service hours.

Again, we are appreciative of your business and thank you for your understanding as we move forward.
